Registered Nurse Case Manager, Labor of Love, PRN, Variable Hours 

  We are looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Labor of Love team in Albuquerque, NM.

  This PRN job is located at     Lovelace Shared Services:  Organizational support departments for all Lovelace facilities including Coding, Finance, Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and the Resource Team.  We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations in every way .   

Registered Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities:
 

  •   The Case Manager will support all Labor of Love activities. 
  •   Provide clinical outreach and patient navigation support. 
  •   Performs regular community outreach and provides maternity navigation for it’s memebers to support Lovelace Birthing Centers for Women’s, Roswell, and Westside facilities. 

  Registered Nurse Case Manager Education and Experiences job Requirements:

  •   Minimum: Clinical background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or combination of ADN and experience in health related field  
     
  •   Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  •   One (1) year of previous job related experience in an acute care environment. 
  • Experience Licensure: Valid NM or multi-state RN. Valid Driver’s Licence
