Physician Office Coordinator,  Hospitalist , Full-Time, Variable Hours 

We are looking for a Physician Office Coordinator to join our Hospitalist Team in Albuqueruqe, NM.

This full-time job is located at   Lovelace Women’s Hospital   , the first and only hospital in New Mexico dedicated   to women’s health, offers a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, a natural   birthing center, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery   program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by   Surgical Review Corporation.   
   
 

   Physician Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities: 
 

  • Coordinates all activities and operations for assigned physician practice.

  •  Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates practice needs to ensure services are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

  •  Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Physican Office Coordinator Education and Experience Job Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent  
  • Ability to communicate effectively; ability to work independently; basic computer skills
  • Two (2) years of directly related experience
