Lovelace Shared Services: Organizational support departments for all Lovelace facilities including Coding, Finance, Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and the Resource Team.  We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations in every way.

  Lovelace Shared Services is hiring a Marketing Specialist.

  • Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated projects defined within the marketing plan to include product and service development, segmentation and competitive research, collateral and channel distribution, direct marketing, advertising, electronic and print media, web content development, and internal integration to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.
  • Develops reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing as well as return on investment.  
  • Oversight and responsibility for personnel functions within department and the management of allocated resources.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Adherence to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

  • Minimum: BA in Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Political Science, the Humanities, Business/Marketing, Social Sciences
  • Preferred: Masters’ Degree in related field
  • Five (3-5) years of previous job-related experience in Marketing/ Journalism/ Communication/ English/ Advertising/ Web Marketing/ Database Marketing in competitive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead work teams
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement multiple projects with brilliant execution
  • Strong online skills, data set building, use of desktop software for presentations and graphic design
  • Skilled in writing, grammar, and communication skills
