Clinical Operations Ambulatory Manager, Health Informatics, Full- Time, Days 

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Ambulatory Manager to join our Health Informatics team in Albuquerque, NM.

  This full time job is located at     Lovelace Shared Services:  Organizational support departments for all Lovelace facilities including Coding, Finance, Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and the Resource Team.  We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations in every way .   

 Clinical Operations Ambulatory Manager Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of overall principles for safe design and use of patient care and workflows, with a focus on workflow design, and evidence based practices to improve overall patient outcomes through enhanced technology and workflow process improvements.
  • Responsible as a thorough leader for maximizing technology design to achieve the best evidence based clinical outcomes and the ability to lead the organization’s approach to clinical documentation in collaboration with the Information Technology Services, Operations, and the Clinical representatives/leaders throughout the organization
  • Maintain liaison with representative professional organizations and electronic data processing equipment manufacturers to exchange information on procedures and work methods; evaluate new facilities for application and implementation of a standardized computer systems and programs as required.
  • Understands and monitors regularly the regulatory compliance requirements including CMS, Joint Commission, local and state legislative requirements, etc. as it affects the various clinical and technological projects.

  Clinical Operations Ambulatory Manager Education and Experiences job Description:

  • Associate’s Degree Nursing or healthcare related field preferred or 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years clinical experience in a variety of areas.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, but remains flexible to additional travel assignments as needs identified.
