Our employees have the opportunity to take part in a zero-cost benefit known as the Ardent Wellness Program. Participants undergo a confidential health-screening test covering four basic health areas. Everyone who completes the screening receives a $120 credit each month that helps offset health insurance costs. Additional discounts are available for those who perform exceptionally on the screening tests.

Employees can also participate in the Live Well Challenge. This is a challenge for facility employees to reduce their Body Mass Index (BMI) as a team. The facility that shows the greatest improvement can earn paid time off bonuses.
