Lovelace Shared Services is now hiring a Recruiter, Nurse Sourcer.

The Sourcer partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultant and Hiring Leader to understand staffing needs and develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy. External client facing with focus on passive candidate outbound sourcing, building talent pipelines, screening and assessing applicants. Uses advanced database and Internet searches, cold contact with candidates, initial screen, and provides a positive candidate experience.


  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Two (2) or more years in recruitment related position. Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced level experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success working independently, forging relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Ability to communicate both positive and negative information to job applicants that preserves applicant goodwill.
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, and other Microsoft Office Software, Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the areas of Recruiting, Human Resources and Healthcare by reading appropriate books, journals, articles and literature and attending professional development activities including webinars and professional association meetings.
