Lovelace Women’s Hospital is hiring a Project Coordinator.

Report to Senior Project Coordinator and work on various projects for Senior Leadership Team

Create new and monthly reports for senior management:

      Conversion of raw data to organized reports with executive summaries and supporting data

  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources, checking for accuracy, interpreting data, analyzing results and effectively communicating them
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality

      Experience manipulating large amounts of data in excel

      Continuously provide the best data that allows for making business decisions

      Collaborate with Senior Leadership on projects and on creating reports

      Uses formulas and other shortcuts to manipulate data manageable workload (i.e pivot tables, vLookup)++++

      Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

      Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings  

      Identifies issues and offers solutions

      Continually seeks opportunities for process improvement

      Works well under pressure

      Ability to provide constructive feedback to leadership in a respectful diplomatic manner

      Well-organized, values proficient record and time keeping

      Able to identify break-downs in processes and bring to light

      Self directed -ability to work with minimal supervision


      Education:  Minimum:  Associate’s Degree in related field.  Experience may be substituted for education.

      Experience: Two (2) years of related experience

      Experience manipulating mass amounts of data in excel

      Experience collaborating on projects/reports Senior Leadership.

      Uses formulas and other shortcuts to manipulate data manageable workload (i.e pivot tables, vLookup)

      Advance level of Excel required
