We are looking for a Patient Services Supervisor to join our Clinic team in Albuquerque, NM.

  This full-time job is located at   Lovelace Regional Hospital   provides 24/7 emergency services, intensive care,  inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. Lovelace’s presence in Roswell also includes a primary and specialty care clinic to allow us to better serve the residents of southeast New Mexico.    

  Patient Services Supervisor Job Responsibilities: 

  • Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and activities for the Sleep Center department include but not limited to training, approving leave/time and initiating disciplinary actions. 
  • Responsible for actively working to meet the department goals and assist in the development of employees in the department to further enhance the employee and customer experience.
  • The Supervisor will also work to ensure the Sleep Center reflects the vision and strategy established for the department by adhering to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
  • Works closely with Sleep Center Directors and Manager to address attendance, schedule adherence, and performance issues. Responsible for hiring and disciplining direct reports.

Patient Services Supervisor Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, two (2) years post High School education preferred
  • Three (3) years extensive Customer Service experience, call center environment preferred, or One (1) to three (3) years leadership experience in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a structured, high pressured, changing, and challenging environment
  • Advanced computer skills
