Lovelace Women’s Hospital is hiring a Cardiopulmonary Manager

Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for the LMC Cardiopulmonary Department.  Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.  Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.



  • Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Five (5) years of relevant clincial experience of which three (3) years must have been supervisory capacity.
  • Current NM Respiratory Care License; BLS; RRT.
  • Knowledge of the Cardiopulmonary field including general floor therapy, critical care, pulmonary function, etc. Ability to communication effectively both in writing and verbally. Ability to problem solving.


Bachelor’s Degree in related field,  AARC Membership; National Specialty Certification. PALS, NALS, or ACLS.
