HR Business Partner, Full-Time, Days, Albuquerque, NM

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team in Albuquerque, NM.
 

  This full time job is located at   Lovelace Medical Group/NMHI- a multispecialty provider group, which includes clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care, and provides patients with exceptional health care through the support of Lovelace Health System hospitals and technology.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
 

  • The HR Business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employee and management in designated business units.

  •  The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.  The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent.

  •  The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.  Communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management.

  •  The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.

  •  The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. 

  • The HRBP responsibilities will include an assigned number of departments and employees. 

  • The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, it’s midrange plans, it’s culture and it’s competition . 

  HR Business Partner Education & Experiences Job Requirements:
 

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in HR management, or PHR, SPHR certification.  

  • Desired: Master’s degree preferred

  • Strong consulting and leadership coaching skills; knowledge of all Human Resource functions; Advanced communication skills-ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization demonstrating tact, diplomacy and sensitivity; Critical thinking, decision making and proven relationship building skills; Experience in conflict resolution and basic business acumen (Including planning) skills; strong interpersonal skills; Advanced multitasking capabilities; strong judgment and decision making skills; advanced training and presentation skills.

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in HR

  • SHRM Certification preferred
