What Will You Do As The Human Resources Director At Lovelace Westside?

As a member of cohesive tight knit senior leadership team, this dynamic and high energy HR leader will be accountable for the administration of human resource activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training/development, compensation and employee benefits.

This role will also be responsible to continue meeting the vision of making the facility the best place to provide care through communication and teamwork.

Great candidate will have demonstrated experience bringing creativity and innovation to an organization.

Successful candidate will also bring their talents in the area of leadership development and mentorship.

Key ability to promote a positive culture, drive organizational efficiencies and function as a change agent.

Develops strategies to ensure that HR initiatives and programs such as recruitment, team-building and recognition reinforce the hospital’s culture and values.

Enforces policies and programs related to human resources function within the LHS policy and procedure guidelines. 

Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Now What Qualifications Do You Need:

  Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management; Relevant education and/or experience may be

  substituted for one another in accordance to policy.

  Knowledge of EEO laws and general human resources concepts; must have strong interpersonal and communication

  skills.  Ability to be responsible and persuasive at all levels of the organization.

  Five (5) years previous job related experience of which three (3) years must be in a management role; relevant education

  and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance to policy

  Experience in a hospital setting is ideal

  SPHR or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
