Lovelace Shared Services is now hiring a Director, Centralized Scheduling.

  • The Director is responsible for the full capability, functionality, and performance of the company’s Centralized Scheduling departments. 
  • Provides strategic direction on scheduling activities.
  • Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations. 
  • Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. 

Essential Functions:

  • Directs and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for Centralized Scheduling departments to ensure growth across various service lines
  • Directs performance improvement activities for all services provided by the department and works with senior leaders to help increase patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensures service levels, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitors team to develop and execute strategic business plans, operational goals and performance metrics that drive productivity and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensures employee satisfaction through effective management and execution of processes and approaches consistent with the philosophy of teamwork, which are designed to maximize employee engagement metrics.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Education may be substituted for relevant experience in accordance to policy.
  • Five 5) years of related experience of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory capacity
  • Extremely strong analytical, problem solving and operational skills in a high-volume production-oriented work environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage cross-functional alliances to execute organizational objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate trending and statistics and the status of key initiatives.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership in the area of innovative customer support strategies and process improvement.
