CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR job in Albuquerque, NM

Lovelace Shared Services: Organizational support departments for all Lovelace facilities including Coding, Finance, Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and the Resource Team.  We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations in every way.

Lovelace Shared Services is now hiring a Contract Administrator.

    • In collaboration with legal counsel, senior leadership and key stakeholders, provides analytical support and guidance pertaining to service contracts to establish business need, financial and operational impact, and to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
    • Participates and/or assists in contract negotiations and RFP’s. 
    • Oversees and maintains contracts for assigned area, including management of renewals and terminations.
    • May assist with special projects as needed.
    • Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.  Relevant experience may be substituted for education in accordance to policy.
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures; Ability to negotiate and manage contracts.  Ability to communicate effectively. Skilled in time management.  Skilled in MS Office Suite applications. 
  • Three (3) years of directly related experience.
