Lovelace Central Business is now hiring a Manager, Business Office - Collections.
Collections Manager: Responsible for the billing and collecting and all activities pertaining to the collection of accounts receivable
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
o Plans, organizes and directs the activities for assigned area in order to meet cash goals and meet or exceed accounts receivable targets for days in accounts receivable.
o Establish and implement goals for the department to ensure goals and meet service needs.
o Interacts with private and government payers to facilitate the prompt payment of accounts receivable.
o Responsible for the billing and collecting and all activities pertaining to the collection of accounts receivable
o Takes ownership of assignments, special projects, pilot programs; other duties as assigned or requested.
o Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge.
o Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to “service”.
o Meets Budget for assigned areas.
o Mentors, coaches, develop subordinates to accomplish goals.
o Develops policies, processes, strategies and goals that support Department/Corporation direction.
