Lovelace Shared Services is hiring a Care Concierge Supervisor.

  • Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and activities for the Care Concierge Program. The Supervisor is responsible for actively working to meet the department goals and assist in the development of employees in the department to further enhance the employee and customer experience.

  • The Supervisor will also work to ensure the Care Concierge Program reflects the vision and strategy established for the department by adhering to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

  • Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and activities for the Care Concierge Program (CCP) to include but not limited to training, approving leave/time and initiating disciplinary actions.

  • Assists the CCP Director in developing, communicating and implementing action plans and measurements to ensure support of the strategic plan objectives.

  • Works closely with CCP Director to address attendance, schedule adherence, and performance issues. Responsible for hiring and disciplining direct reports.

  • Facilitates effective individual and team performance by providing continuous feedback, recommending/administering appropriate motivational and/or incentive programs, measuring results and soliciting employee ideas for improved performance.


  • Education Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Desired: 2 years post High School education
  • Technical/Formal Training Knowledge/Skills/
    Abilities Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities; Ability to work independently; Ability to work in a structured, high pressured, changing, and challenging environment; and Advanced computer skills.
  • Experience Minimum: Three (3) yrs extensive Customer Service experience, in a call center environment preferred or One (1) to three (3) years leadership experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Desired: One (1) to Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity within customer service.
