In recognition of World Hepatitis Day, we want to raise awareness and promote routine testing for both men and women. We encourage everyone to get tested and receive vaccinations against Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B. We highly recommend all baby boomers, which are people born between 1945 through 1965, get tested as well. For more information on how to get tested and receive vaccinations, please talk to your primary care provider or call 505.727.8000 to schedule an appointment with one of our physicians.

Employees at Lovelace Women’s Hospital raised over $900 for United Way of Central New Mexico on July 20 at their employee barbecue by hosting a Balloon Blast. Leaders volunteered to let employees get them soaked by overfilled water balloons to raise the money for charity.
